MeMe Cosmetics is a one-woman operation (meaning all products are formulated, manufactured, labeled, sold, packed & mailed by one person). Shipping times, product packaging may change with the seasons.

  1. Returns: Given the nature of our products, MeMe Cosmetics is not able to accept returns of used or opened products. If you are not completely satisified with your product, please email us. We will do our best to resolve any issue.
  2. Shipping: MeMe Cosmetics uses the US Postal service. We have found the USPS prices and service to be reliable & timely. If you prefer a different carrier, please let us know. 
  3. Order Processing Times: As of February, 1, 2015 MeMe Cosmetics will ship orders three (3) days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday). We will send order confirmations, shipping confirmations as soon as we receive your order. 
  4. Local Pick-up: MeMe Cosmetics does not have a traditional storefront. The best way to get your fill of MeMe is to place an order through our site. MeMe is not available for private delivery. The only local pick-up option is to visit our booth at the Vancouver Farmer's Market when MeMe is there ("like" MeMe Cosmetics on Facebook to know when she plans on being at the VFM or other events). You are welcome to email MeMe orders prior to visiting the VFM.
  5. Privacy Policy. We do not now, nor will we EVER share your email, shipping address, phone numbers with anyone for any price. 

 

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
